Xcalibur Mobile Detailing is a mobile auto detailing service operated by Slicked LLC, based in Eugene, Oregon. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to detail your vehicle and nothing more, and we never sell your information.
What we collect and why
- Booking details. When you book, our scheduling provider collects your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle information, and optional access notes such as a gate code. We use these to show up at the right place, with the right plan, for the right vehicle.
- Payment card. A card on file holds your appointment. It is stored securely by our scheduling and payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. If you call, text, or email us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your service.
The fit check
The 60-second fit check on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted or stored anywhere unless you continue to booking. Close the tab and they are gone.
Cookies and analytics
- Google advertising tag. We use a Google tag to measure whether our ads lead to bookings. Google may set cookies for this purpose. You can control ad cookies through your browser settings or Google's ad settings.
- Session storage. If you arrive through a promotional link, your browser briefly remembers that during your visit so pricing displays correctly. It is not tracking and it clears when your session ends.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested, used for security and site operation.
Service providers
We share information only with the services that make the business run: Acuity Scheduling for booking and intake, the payment processor connected to it, Netlify for website hosting, and Google for ad measurement. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Vehicle photos
We sometimes photograph vehicles before and after a detail for our records and our marketing, such as this website and our business profiles. Photos never include license plates or personal information on purpose. If you would rather your vehicle not appear anywhere, just say so and it will not.
Texts and calls
We use your phone number to confirm appointments and coordinate service. Reply STOP to any text or simply tell us if you prefer not to receive messages.
Your choices
