Service Terms

These are the working terms for every detail performed by Xcalibur Mobile Detailing, operated by Slicked LLC of Eugene, Oregon. They are written to be read, not to hide anything. If a signed service agreement exists for your appointment, that agreement controls where the two differ.

Quotes and scope

Your price is confirmed with you before work begins. If conditions found on site are materially beyond the booked scope, for example heavy neglect, deep staining, mold, or extreme pet hair, the adjustment is explained and approved by you before we proceed. No surprise charges, ever.

Vehicle condition

Please point out pre-existing damage before we start: scratches, dents, chips, cracked glass, worn upholstery, loose trim, aftermarket parts, wraps, or tint. Detailing cleans and protects a vehicle; it does not repair it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, for the failure of brittle, aged, or previously damaged components under normal detailing processes, or for personal items left in the vehicle.

What detailing can and cannot do

• Some stains, odors, and etched-in damage are permanent and no honest detailer can promise their removal. We will always tell you what is realistic before we start.
• Packages differ on purpose. Decontamination and extraction live in specific packages, and paint correction is a separate conversation with an in-person estimate.
• Heavy pet hair beyond light-to-moderate saturation may carry additional cost, quoted before work starts.

Access

We bring our own water and power. You provide keys or fob access at the scheduled time and enough room to work around the vehicle. If needed for access, water, or power, you authorize us to move the vehicle a short distance.

Payment

A card on file holds your appointment and nothing is charged before service. Payment in full is due when the detail is complete and you have inspected the work. We accept card and tap-to-pay, ACH, Venmo, and cash. No checks. Work stopped partway at your request is billed for the portion completed.

The walk-around

Every detail ends with a walk-around together. Anything raised during the walk-around that is not right gets corrected before we leave, at no additional charge. Any later claim must be raised within 24 hours of service.

Insurance and law

Xcalibur Mobile Detailing is licensed, bonded, and insured, and is responsible for damage caused by its own work. These terms are governed by Oregon law. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
