Carpet & Upholstery Extraction · Eugene & Springfield, OR

What Your Carpet Has Been Hiding.

Vacuuming gets what sits on top. Extraction gets what has soaked in: coffee from last winter, dog rain-smell, kid spills nobody confessed to, and the gray grime that makes cloth seats look ten years older than the car. Hot water in, filth out, at your driveway.

The machine pushes heated solution deep into carpet and upholstery fibers, agitates it loose, and immediately vacuums it back out, along with everything dissolved in it. The dirty water tank after an average Eugene family car is genuinely upsetting, and it is the most satisfying proof in detailing: that gray water used to live where you sit.

Extraction and odor

Most interior smells live in fabric and foam. Extraction removes the source instead of perfuming over it, which is why it is the first step for pet smell, spilled milk, and mystery funk. For odor that has soaked deeper than fabric, Odor Elimination is the follow-up: $150 for ozone plus a fresh cabin air filter, run while the interior is already stripped and clean.

What extraction cannot promise

Most stains come way down or out entirely. Some do not: old dye transfer, bleach spots, burns, and years of smoke in the headliner foam are permanent. I tell you what is realistic on arrival, before work starts, so the result never has to be talked up.

Straight answers

How long do the seats and carpet take to dry?

Usually two to four hours with doors cracked and airflow, faster on a warm day. I extract with dry passes at the end so nothing is left soaked, and I time the work so the vehicle is drivable when I leave.

Can you get every stain out?

No honest detailer can promise that. Fresh organic stains extract well. Dye transfer, bleach, burns, and set-in ink are usually permanent. You get a straight answer on arrival, not after payment.

Which package includes extraction?

The King’s Quarters, the interior-only detail from $250, and the Grail, the deepest full detail from $400. Both include full carpet and upholstery extraction. Prices scale with vehicle size.

Do you do extraction for businesses?

Yes. Work trucks and fleet vehicles collect the worst interiors in the county. Fleet extraction is quoted per vehicle as part of fleet detailing, on site at your yard, invoiced and insured.

Surface odors only. Smells soaked into carpet padding or seat foam need remediation, not detailing, and I’ll tell you straight if that’s what you’ve got.
