Your Trucks Are Your Business Card.

A landscaping trailer, a company pickup, a fleet of service vans: customers judge the business by the rig that shows up. I detail work vehicles on site at your yard or lot, on a schedule that fits the work week, so the fleet looks like the work you do.

Local businesses already trust Xcalibur with their vehicles, from landscaping fleets to company trucks. Water and power come with me, so a gravel yard works as well as a paved lot. Vehicles can rotate through one at a time between jobs, or get knocked out together on a slow day.

How fleet work runs

We start with a walk-through of the vehicles and what each one needs; work trucks rarely all need the same thing. You get a per-vehicle plan and price up front, work happens on site around your schedule, and billing is invoiced per job or per recurring schedule. One point of contact, the owner, every time.

Straight answers

Do you come to our yard or lot?

Yes. Water and power ride on the rig, so gravel yards, equipment lots, and office parking all work. Vehicles get detailed where they park.

Can you work around our schedule?

That is the point of mobile. Slow days, between jobs, or one truck at a time so the fleet never stops working. Recurring schedules keep everything sharp year round.

How does billing work?

Invoiced per job or per schedule, with card, ACH, and standard business payment supported. Licensed, bonded, and insured, with documentation available for your records.
