How fleet work runs
We start with a walk-through of the vehicles and what each one needs; work trucks rarely all need the same thing. You get a per-vehicle plan and price up front, work happens on site around your schedule, and billing is invoiced per job or per recurring schedule. One point of contact, the owner, every time.
Fleet terms, in writing
No mystery rate card and nothing to negotiate. The published package prices apply per vehicle, and volume earns its discount automatically.

- Five or more completed vehicles in a calendar month earns 15% back on that month, applied as a credit on the closing invoice.
- Under five in a month bills at standard rate. The credit is earned by volume, never advanced on a promise.

- W-9, certificate of insurance, and a signed service agreement before the first vehicle. Registered Oregon LLC, fully insured.
- Vehicles never leave your lot. All work happens where they park, with water and power on the rig.

Do you come to our yard or lot?
Yes. Water and power ride on the rig, so gravel yards, equipment lots, and office parking all work. Vehicles get detailed where they park.
Can you work around our schedule?
That is the point of mobile. Slow days, between jobs, or one vehicle at a time so the fleet never stops working. Recurring schedules keep everything sharp year round.
Do you offer a fleet discount?
Yes, and it is published: 5 or more completed vehicles in a calendar month earns 15% back as a credit on that month. Fewer than five bills at standard rate. The discount is earned by volume each month, so there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to claw back.
Do you drive or shuttle our vehicles?
No. Vehicles never leave your property. The work comes to where they park, so your trucks stay under your control and your coverage the whole time.
How does billing work?
Square invoice after each completed batch, net 15, with card, ACH, and standard business payment supported. Registered Oregon LLC, fully insured, with W-9 and insurance documentation available for your records.
